What are transaction fees?
Transaction fees are the percentage Thribia takes when you charge clients through the platform. For example, on the Free plan, a 2% fee is applied. Paid plans reduce or eliminate this fee.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.
Do I need to install anything?
No installation needed. Thribia is a fully web-based platform — you can use it directly in your browser on any device.
Is there a limit to how many meal plans I can create?
Nope! All plans let you create unlimited meal plans for your clients. Plan limits are only based on the number of active clients.
What does the White Label plan include?
